We are proud to announce that Andrei Khatskevich has joined LTM Group as a Project Manager. Andrei has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belarus. He has over 15 years of mechanical engineering design experience as well as experience in the installation of engineering systems. For the last 15 years Andrei worked for engineering firms designing NVAC systems, boiler rooms, and chillers, as well as heat and gas supply. Please welcome Andrei to the LTM team!

Todd Wasserman is LTM Engineering Group's CEO. Todd has been a Principal and the COO of LTM Group LLC for the past seven years. During this time, Todd and Lance provided premium project management services for over $100M in construction projects and together they have helped condominiums obtain almost $100M in funding from institutional lenders for critical construction projects.

Arshad Viqar has been a well known and respected engineer in South Florida for over 30 years. Arshad has extensive experience in roof inspections, property condition assessments, 40 and 50 year re-certifications and turnover reports. Kseniya Boldyreva has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from FIU. She is a project manager with a background in civil engineering. Kseniya has extensive experience in engineering design and working on the city and state projects. Additionally, Kseniya performed as a project manager and the head estimators assistant for various federal projects and clients such as Air Force, FDOT, DOD and NAVY and was awarded with the medal for outstanding performance by US Air Force.

Hanna Khatskevich graduated from the Faculty of Surveying of the University of Belarus with a bachelor’s degree in surveying, land inventory and technical inventory of real estate. Hanna has 12 years of experience in engineering positions. Out of these, 6 years of experience in map-making, GIS and cadastral engineering tasks. She has experience in topography with participation in the updating of cartographic materials and land surveying with specialized calculations, followed by land map creation. She also worked as a manager in the evaluation and registration of real estate objects.
