We are proud to announce that Andrei Khatskevich has joined LTM Group as a Project Manager. Andrei has a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belarus. He has over 15 years of mechanical engineering design experience as well as experience in the installation of engineering systems. For the last 15 years Andrei worked for engineering firms designing NVAC systems, boiler rooms, and chillers, as well as heat and gas supply. Please welcome Andrei to the LTM team!

LTM Group is pleased to announce that Rafael Pinzon has joined the team as a Senior Project Manager. Rafael has expertise in the management of structural restoration and waterproofing projects throughout South Florida. He has significant experience reviewing contracts and scopes of work, as well as creating project schedules. Rafael has a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with a minor in Engineering Management from Mercer University.

LTM Group LLC was retained by the Broward Lakes Business Center Campus Association to arrange funding for the its roof project. LTM Group was able to facilitate a successful closing in less than 2 months for the association allowing them to start work on the project immediately.

LTM Group LLC has been retained by Royal Embassy Condominium Association in North Miami Beach to oversee and assist the Board of Directors, Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor with completing the association's projects in a timely fashion while maximizing the value-to-cost ratio. LTM's duties will include on-site visits, weekly construction meetings, Board meetings, reviewing Contractor and Engineer invoices, and streamlining processes.
